John is a 2011 graduate of Sartell High School. He went on to play baseball at St. John's University. He started his amatuer career with the St. Joseph Joes and then played for St. Stephen before joining the Muskies in 2015.
John helped anchor the pitching staff in 2015 and lead the team in strike out to walk ratio.
