Bio

Brian is 2004 grad of Sartell High School and a 2009 grad of SCSU, where he was a point guard for the Huskies basketball team. In high school, he was all Central Lakes Conference in basketball and twice in baseball. Achieving All-State honors as a senior in baseball.

Shoulder surgery limited Brian to 7 at bats in 2006. He bounced back with a strong 2007 campaign, posting a .872 OPS and playing a strong defense at second base. He led the team in games played, doubles, and triples.

Brian is a licensed CPA and currently lives and works in Hutchinson, MN. He works at Piehl Hanson Beckman, P.A. He will continue to play for the Muskies despite the commute.

Brian has led the Muskies in batting 3 out of the last 4 seasons and has regained his arm strength from the shoulder surgery which has allowed him to again play on the left side of the infield.
